Returns - How do you handle them?
I accept returns but the item has to be returned to me exactly as I shipped it and in the same conditon I shipped it out. Items being returned must be returned within 7 days of receiving it. I will only refund the item price. I do not return the amount charged for shipping the item to you. The buyer is responsible for the payment of shipping the item back to me. I do not refund the return shipping payment to the buyer returning the item. Money paid is not refunded until the item is received by the seller within 7 days. Restocking fee of $5.00
Do you Include Insurance when shipping?
No I do not automatically include insurance. If you would like insurance on the shipping of the item purchased send an e-mail (email@example.com) informing me that you would like to purchase insurance for your shipment. I will reply with a quote for the additional amount that the insurance will cost you. You should request insurance before paying for your item and I will recalulate to include the insurance.
How can I track the shipment of my order?
Once your item is paid for I will carefully package your item and include a free Delivery Confirmation. This is a from of tracking on the United States Postal Service website. You will be sent an email with a tracking number. With this information you will be able to go to the USPS.com website and track the progress of your shipment.
